Battery. The bike uses a 6v battery. The battery that is called for is 6v 14amp battery. I have had trouble finding an exact replacement as far as external dementions go but if you have a British bike shop in your area they should be able to help you out(there are no Jawa dealers in Canada but my local Brit friends are always eager to help).
Lamps This bike uses a variety of lights. They are of course all 6v I will give you the wattages that are required to replace the lamp with the correct size. When replacing lamps on this bike especially in areas where they are uncommon(yes there are such places)try to bring along the lamp because if nothing more you have an interesting conversation peace remember if there is no identical lamp available go for one that uses less wattage, extra current draw could overheat those old wires.
Headlamp For the headlamp use a 6v 35amp light these might not be easy to find so if you find one buy two if you don't need it you could always sell it to a fellow rider.
Taillamp The taillamp is replaced with a 6v 5w bulb.
Brake Lamp The brake lamp is replaced with a 6v 15w bulb.
Signal Lamps The signal lamps are all replaced with a 6v 15w bulb.
Instument Lamps The instrument lamps are replaced with 6v 2w lamps.
